We haven't been making this information widely public, since our resources have limits, and not every household in Guelph gets a donation bag. So, if people living in other areas want to contribute, we can't really offer household pick-up (We can schedule pick-up for businesses, churches, social clubs etc.)
However, people who want to help can drop-off food at HOPE House during the week, at Lakeside Church on Sunday mornings, at the Food Basics on Clair Rd. (They have kindly st up a display for us).
We take any food (we do ask that it be in good condition and not be expired) however, our biggest needs are:
Peanut Butter
Canned Pastas
Soups/Stews
Canned Vegetables
Canned Tuna/ Canned Meat
Dry Pasta
Cereal
Pancake Mix
Baby Food
