Dec 15th - Holiday Repair Cafe

New Sustainability Skills Programs at the Guelph Tool Library to be celebrated at Santa's Workshop Repair Cafe

For Immediate Release

On Saturday, December 15th, MPP Mike Schreiner will join community members at the Guelph Tool Library for Santa’s Workshop - A repair cafe and celebration to launch their new series of programming centred around waste reduction and sustainable living.

Mike Schreiner and an Ontario Trillium Foundation volunteer will attend the launch and will formally present The Guelph Tool Library with a plaque to mark the work done as a result of receiving a grant from the Foundation in late 2018.

Stephanie Clarke, program coordinator, will be discussing this new curriculum and its expected impact in the community. Visitors can register for upcoming programs and gather information while having items fixed at the repair cafe.
