For Immediate Release - October 31, 2019 

The Luella Logan Scholarship Award is presented to a female student from Wellington County, currently enrolled in a Canadian college or university studying public administration, political science or in a related undergraduate programme. 

The successful recipient will have demonstrated excellent academic achievements, strong leadership skills and a keen interest in local government. 

Wellington County Council is pleased to present, on behalf of the Logan Family, the first annual Luella Logan Scholarship Award to: 

Ms. Katelynn Wynen 

“On behalf of County Council I would like to congratulate Ms. Wynen on receiving the 2019 Luella Logan Scholarship,” said Warden Kelly Linton. “Luella was an incredibly inspiring woman. I’m sure we will see great things from Ms. Wynen as well.” 

Ms. Wynen is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree at the University of Toronto - Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy.
