The initial 30 minute consultation in-person or over the phone is free
I offer a base program of a 45-minute session in my Studio once
per week for three months that will address your full-body strength
levels, reduce areas of pain and put in place a realistic plan for body
Programs include take-home plans for you to exercise
on the other days of the week to compliment your weekly session with
me. I also provide you goal checklists for the things that need daily
& weekly attention and help you with food journaling and setting up
calorie tracking as required.
Jay is a certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor's degree in Science from the University of Waterloo.
He believes that a foundation of pain-free movement is the key to greater health.
